Test Results
How and when to obtain test results from Parklands Surgery
Getting your test results
Most test results are received back at the surgery within two working days. X-ray results take up to two weeks.
If there are concerns regarding your tests the doctor will contact you; we will not routinely contact you if the results are normal or as expected and do not require any follow up action.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account
If you are anxious to know a result and have not heard within seven days of the test you can phone the surgery but, where possible, please do so after 14:00pm, when the switchboard is less busy.
