Doctors
Dr Eric Clarke

Dr Clarke qualified from Nottingham Medical School in 1996 after which he worked for a number of years in Hospital Medicine, in particular in Cardiology, before entering General Practice. He became a Partner at Parklands Surgery in 2007 and took over as Senior Partner following Dr Patient’s retirement in 2024.
He is qualified as a GP trainer and is involved in teaching hospital doctors during their GP attachments, as well as registrars for their final three years of training to become GP’s.
His hobbies include sailing and rock climbing. He is married, his wife also being a GP, and has two children.
Dr Sandeep Mtharu

Dr Mtharu joined Parklands Surgery in 2011 after relocating from London. He graduated from Liverpool medical school and went on, after working in London hospitals, to complete his GP training in Surrey.
He is the locality director for Chichester, a role in which he represents the local surgeries at the Coastal West Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups Board.
Dr Charlotte Jameson

Dr Jameson is our newest partner having joined the practice in 2018. She qualified from the University of Bristol in 2012, then trained in South London, Tunbridge Wells and West Sussex.
She lives locally in Chichester and enjoys running, gymnastics, climbing and drawing.
Dr Erin Barnes

Dr Barnes qualified from Nottingham Medical School in 2005 before undertaking her GP training in Derbyshire.
With her husband in the army, she moved to Wiltshire for two years, working as a GP. They have now settled locally, allowing Dr Barnes to join the practice as a Salaried GP in October 2018.
With three boys, she enjoys keeping fit, whenever they allow her the time!
Dr Qasid Bhatti

Dr Qasid Bhatti qualified as a doctor in 2019 after completing his medical training in Czechia, where he lived for seven years. Following qualification, he gained a broad range of clinical experience working in several hospitals across the UK, including roles in the Midlands and the South of England.
Dr Bhatti began his GP Specialty Training in 2023. During this time, he undertook hospital placements in psychiatry and paediatrics, alongside training within general practice settings on Hayling Island and in Borden. He successfully completed his GP training in 2026.
Dr Bhatti has now joined the practice as a salaried GP and is very pleased to be part of the team, providing care to patients within the local community.
Outside of work, Dr Bhatti lives in Waterlooville with his wife and two young children and enjoys spending his free time with his family.
Dr Adedayo Osunlana

- Qualifications: MBBS, MPH, MRCGP
- Clinic days: Monday, Tuesday and Friday
Graduated in 2003 and has since gained extensive experience working in a variety of healthcare settings across the UK and North America.
In 2022, she chose to complete her training in General Practice in West Sussex. During this time, she developed a strong connection to the area and decided to make it her long-term home. She joined Parklands Surgery as a salaried GP in January 2026.
Dr Osunlana is passionate about all aspects of general practice, with particular interests in women’s health and public health. She is committed to delivering patient-centred care and supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community.
Outside of work, Dr Osunlana enjoys playing chess, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
