We’re setting up a Patient Reference Group.

  

 

This is your chance to help us make sure that the services at the Surgery, and more widely across local healthcare, meet your needs.   We’ll be asking what you think about various topics.

 

We’d like to get lots of patients involved, to make sure we get a wide range of views.  You won’t need to attend meetings.  You’ll be able to comment on-line, by email or via a paper form.

Patient Participation at Parklands Surgery

 

 

Patient Participation is a key part of the current NHS reforms. The Surgery is following national guidance by setting up the newPatient Reference Group. 

 

We patients need to grasp the chance to voice our opinions – after all it’s our health that’s at stake!

 

This new group replaces the existing Patient Participation Group, building on its successes.  The PPG Committee members have offered their support to future patient participation projects run by the Practice.
